We are thrilled to introduce a new restaurant concept Goram + Vincent from Hotel du Vin at the Avon Gorge Hotel. Imagine a gritty, earthy smoke house with open kitchen for fire, smoke and theatre, coal fired grills, a smoker and bespoke clay ovens. It’ll be a meat eater’s mecca, with big hand cut steaks by the 100g and mouth-watering thick cut filets, we have a range of delicious non-meat option too, including vegan and vegetarian dishes, exciting sides that bring the meal alive and sweet and sour salads for the perfect accompaniment.
